How to File a Claim

NEED A REPAIR?

Velocity Protection is ready to help get you back on the road! Just follow these easy steps to get the process started.

1) Tell Your Dealership or Favorite Repair Shop to Call Us

To get your repair process started, have your dealership or favorite repair shop call us at (888) 907-1750. Claims must be filed by the facility repairing your vehicle and cannot be filed by you directly.

2) Your Repair Facility will Send Us an Estimate

Once your repair facility examines your vehicle, they will send us a list of items that need to be repaired or replaced.

3) Velocity Reviews Your Estimate

After your estimate is reviewed, one of our skilled customer service agents will contact you to go over your protection plan coverage and the repairs that are needed.

4) Velocity Authorizes Your Repair

After the quick claim approval process is completed, repair work on approved items begins immediately on your vehicle.

5) We Pay the Bill!

Wasn’t that easy? After the work is done, we pay your repair facility directly, so you don’t have to. Your only responsibility is to cover your deductible, if you have one.
